A full remodel and addition to this corner lot in Northwest Hills, designed by Sarah Bullock McIntyre, interiors by Lizzie Pincoffs We added a giant owner’s suite and office wing, refreshed the original 3 bed/2 bath home, and crafted a beautiful den for this lovely family. One of our favorite uses of wallpaper and custom wood walls.
**WINNER of the 2023 Austin Contractor of the Year Award** A cramped and dark 1980’s split-level got new life when we added more bedrooms, more bathrooms, more glass, fewer walls, and a much more spacious flow. The original exterior rock was matched and extended to include the new square footage. Thermory was added to create some texture and interest. A large deck, pool, and entry pergola enhanced the outdoor living areas. Another fantastic design by Stuart Sampley.

Working with local designer Rachael Roberts of 3R Interiors, we helped these home buyers redesign their new home to better reflect their style. Beautiful work by Alpha Granite on the custom wet bar and full-sized porcelain back splash. We’re thrilled with how this project turned out.
We built this addition to an already amazing home in Barton Creek. Consisting of 2 downstairs bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and an upstairs living with indoor-outdoor fireplaces, and giant collapsing sliding door, and views for miles. Beautiful interiors by Rachel Roberts with 3R Interiors, architecture by Element5.
This Spicewood custom home on Lake Travis is finally complete. A glass and stone beauty, it rests on a lot high above the water with views for miles. Designed by Forge Craft Architecture + Design it captures both sunrise and sunset, has a chef’s kitchen and multiple living/lounging areas, large master suite with views and outdoor living, and infinity edge pool.
This traditional home was built in 1917 in the center of Austin, Texas. It needed some new features for the growing family to enjoy. A two-story casita with small garage and 500 square foot apartment now graces the back corner of the lot. It includes a deck to accommodate guests of all ages. An oversize carport with a massive amount of storage was added to the historic property. A two-story steel screened-in porch, spiral staircase, and rooftop deck with views of the Texas State Capitol Building are something for the adults to enjoy when they entertain. Architecture by Clayton Korte Architects.
What a gorgeous piece of property where the Pedernales and Colorado meet. We kept some of the foundation in this remodel, bringing a mostly-new lake house to this cliff overlooking the water. Multiple decks, ample outdoor seating and lounge areas. This house is built for both everyday living and entertaining tons of guests. There’s room for everybody. One of our favorite designs by Stuart Sampley.

COMPLETE - Another great project with Stuart Sampley, right next door to his acclaimed 2017 AIA Tour home. This home was designed to take advantage of the unbelievable trees in the backyard. A large grassy play area, the huge pool, the extra living room with access to the covered porch, everything revolves around the trees. With a kid’s office near their bedrooms, this is a great house for homeschooling.
**WINNER of the 2017 Austin and 2018 Regional Contractor of the Year Award** This Travis Heights bungalow needed more space for the work-from-home owners, plus it needed more guest space for friends and family. It started out as a 2 bedroom/1 bath/1 living. Camelot teamed up with Architects Clayton Korte to create a new addition with an elevated walkway over the deck, two new offices, a new master bedroom suite, a new private den on the back of the home, and now the home is a 3 bedroom/3 bath masterpiece.

We were asked to help refresh this home that had great bones but a strange mashup of styles. Working with Shabby Slips and their exquisite taste, we transformed this 10k sq ft home in only a few short months.
Completed in Spring 2016, this exquisite home is 5300 square feet built into a steep cliff. It has 5 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, 3 fireplaces, media room, handmade steel staircase, oversized 3-car garage, custom pool so high in the sky it's like swimming in the clouds. Designed by Forge Craft Architecture + Design, kitchen design by Arete Kitchens, accent tile throughout by Porcelanosa, Fleetwood sliding doors, reclaimed barnwood wall from Everitt & Schilling, lighting from Lights Fantastic, Gaggenau appliances .
**WINNER of the 2018 Austin Contractor of the Year Award** This little cottage is little no more. Architects Clayton Korte designed a 2-story home on top of the original footprint so that we could maximize the 1920’s shape of the home and get more living space. We raised the ceilings, added 2 outdoor living spaces, bedrooms and bathrooms were enhanced or added from scratch. With a light and bright playroom in the attic, there’s now room for the whole family.

The design team at Matt Fajkus Architecture have put together a very thoughtful update to this Central Austin bungalow. The foundation and general footprint were preserved, we added just a little bit of square footage but tons of functionality. Most of the light comes from skylights and carefully placed windows. Privacy from the street, but still plenty of light pouring in.
Completed in August 2016, this custom home by Forge Craft Architecture + Design has 4 bedrooms, 4.5 baths, a 3 car garage with air conditioned office space and a second half bath, outdoor shower, Endless Pool that converts to a regular pool, extensive covered and screened porches, fully solar powered.
Fleetwood doors, Gaggenau appliances, Cambria and Caesarstone counter tops, Leicht cabinetry, Legrand electrical details.
One of the trickier lots we have ever built on, this central Austin property had creeks on 2 sides and a very steep cliff. The home sits on 12 concrete pillars drilled deep into the ground. It has a steel frame that cantilevers out at the ground floor and first floor. Two bedrooms, 2 offices that can convert to bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an exquisite screened-in porch all along the back of the home. Views of the creek in back and on the side. The exterior material is wood and sheet metal. RAM Windows and doors. Since the roof isn't visible, shingles were used to save money. Beautiful home design by Forge Craft Architecture + Design.
We’re excited to hand off the keys to the clients, they were so very patient during the craziness of the pandemic construction slowdown. This beautiful design by Element 5 Architecture deserves professional photos. Those are still to come… The original structure in Rosedale was carted off to a new lot, not demolished and dumped in the landfill. We built a new pool deep on the back of the lot, then built the new home in front. Until pro photos take place, these shots will have to do. And they don’t do this home justice. It’s beautiful!
