One of the trickier lots we have ever built on, this central Austin property had creeks on 2 sides and a very steep cliff. The home sits on 12 concrete pillars drilled deep into the ground. It has a steel frame that cantilevers out at the ground floor and first floor. Two bedrooms, 2 offices that can convert to bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an exquisite screened-in porch all along the back of the home. Views of the creek in back and on the side. The exterior material is wood and sheet metal. RAM Windows and doors. Since the roof isn't visible, shingles were used to save money. Beautiful home design by Forge Craft Architecture + Design.
Completed in August 2016, this custom home by Forge Craft Architecture + Design has 4 bedrooms, 4.5 baths, a 3 car garage with air conditioned office space and a second half bath, outdoor shower, Endless Pool that converts to a regular pool, extensive covered and screened porches, fully solar powered.
UNDER CONSTRUCTION - This Spicewood custom home on Lake Travis is halfway finished. Fully framed, it has windows and doors, exterior stone is up, inside the walls there are ducts and wires and plumbing. We still have a long way to go, but the beautiful water view of Lake Travis sure is nice. Great home to look forward to. Designed by Forge Craft Architecture + Design.
One of our favorite homes, this was designed by Alterstudio Architecture. In the Reserve at Lake Travis along the south rim, it was completed in 2010. A single story home with views from every room of the Euro-style pool (very little decking, grass instead). Four bedrooms, 4 baths, Quartz counter tops custom walnut cabinetry, 3 car garage with infinite storage, central vacuum, standing seam metal roof, lake access, Thermador appliances, Eurofase light fixtures, walls and walls of glass.
Completed in 2015, this was Camelot's first home in the Seven Oaks neighborhood. Designed by Element 5 Architecture, it's a fantastic home for a lovely couple relocating from the Pacific Northwest. They missed the sun, so this home has as much glass as it could possibly hold and still be structurally sound. Five bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, 3-car garage with a full woodworking shed inside. Imported German cabinetry, quartz counter tops, Thermador and Gaggenau appliances mixed with creamy Texas limestone walls. Media room, 2 living rooms, an office, custom steel floating staircase, infinity edge pool, all on 3 lush Hill Country acres. A private, sunny retreat for our new Texas friends.
In the exclusive neighborhood of Belvedere, this Marley Porter Living Architecture designed home was constructed on a very steep, very tight lot. A multi-story home, it is an 'upside down house' where the kitchen and common areas are on the entry level and the bedrooms are downstairs. Four bedrooms, 3 baths, views of the Hill Country, access to the large pool from every room, accordian-style doors in the family room that blur the line between indoors and out. Stone and stucco with metal roof, Bosch appliances, imported European cabinets.
D Morgan Road
This 8,000 square foot custom home on 30 acres just west of Austin was designed by Marley Porter Living Architecture. The owners wanted several special features for energy efficiency and personal comfort, including: an Endless Pool for exercise, a second infinity edge swimming pool for fun, a soundproof recording studio, game room with full wet bar, circular master bedroom and spa bath, 3 secondary bedrooms with en suite baths, a rainwater collection system, and it had to be built using enviro-friendly green materials. The walls were constructed using Rastra insulated concrete forms, and the rainwater collection area is a 40,000 gallon cistern hidden beneath the home.
Lincoln windows and doors, Neff cabinetry, glass counter tops.

Calabria Court 2
Designed by Steve Todd, Austin Design Group, this was one of the very first homes in the luxury neighborhood of Spanish Oaks. This home beautifully met the neighborhood requirements during the mid-2000's: a tile roof, stone exterior, lovely curb appeal.
This home is in Vista Pointe, a private gated section of Lakepointe in Western Travis County. This 4 bedroom stone and stucco home was built in 2005 and has a circular staircase, columnar entry tower, custom steel entry doors, and was designed by Elliot Johnson, AIA.
